News
ROAD CONSTUCTION: The Florida Department of Transportation’s contractor, Johnson Brothers Corp., has begun construction activities as part of the US 19 interchange and roadway improvements project from SR 580 (Main Street) to the north of Curlew Road (SR 586) in Pinellas County.
Improvements include reconstructing US 19 into a six-lane, controlled access corridor with frontage roads on both sides of the roadway. In addition, new interchanges will be added just north of Boy Scout Road and at SR 586/Curlew Road. A pedestrian bridge over US 19 at Northside Drive will also be constructed.
Construction activities are taking place during the daytime and nighttime hours. Work requiring lane closures will occur at night between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m., weather permitting. Advanced warning signs and electronic message boards will assist motorists traveling through the area.
The $243 million interchange and roadway improvements project will improve efficiency and safety along this section of US 19.

Covenant Update – Special meeting April 13th
During 2021, the HOA determined that a main focus of our duties would be to re-examine and amend, as appropriate, the current bylaws and covenants under section Article 5. As such, during each HOA meetings , we reviewed the covenants with resident feedback we’ve gathered and made suggested updates. We have finalized documentation and now received more than the necessary 90 votes (75%) needed to update. We will review next steps and timing of new updates going into effect on our April 13th call.

The updated Bylaws passed the vote on February 3rd 2022. The new bylaws are located in the Documents section on the site.
We have a neighborhood Facebook page! We hope this allows neighbors to better communicate, be reminded of HOA events, and provide a forum for the neighborhood. The Facebook page does not replace the official communication of the HOA- that official communication remains through this website and documents located within. Please join the FB page here. 2024 Dues Payment
2024 Dues Notices have been emailed/sent. Dues are due by March 15th. Interest accrues starting April 1st. Dues remain $100. See Dues Form below for more information.
