Spring Neighborhood Refresh: A Message to Our Community
Spring has officially arrived, and it’s wonderful to see the neighborhood blooming! As we all head outside to enjoy the warmer weather, the HOA Board is kicking off our annual Spring Neighborhood Refresh ARC checks.
Maintaining our homes and yards is about more than just checking items off a list -it’s about preserving the beauty of our community and protecting the property values we’ve all worked so hard to build.
What to Expect
Over the next week, we will be walking through the neighborhood to identify areas that might need a little extra TLC. We are looking for common post-winter maintenance items, such as:
Refreshing mulch and flower beds.
Trimming overgrown trees or shrubs.
Pressure washing siding, fences, sidewalks, or driveways.
General lawn care and weed control.
- Repair of any damaged portions to your home or property such as wood rot, faded paint, etc.
Next Steps
If there is a specific area of your property that needs attention, a friendly reminder letter will be sent out next week. We kindly ask that any identified maintenance items be resolved within 30 days of receiving your notice.
Working Together
We know how much pride you take in your homes, and we appreciate your help in keeping our streetscapes looking their best. If you have questions or need a bit of extra time to complete a project, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

We have a neighborhood Facebook page! We hope this allows neighbors to better communicate, be reminded of HOA events, and provide a forum for the neighborhood. The Facebook page does not replace the official communication of the HOA- that official communication remains through this website and documents located within. Please join the FB page here. 2026 Dues Payment
2026 Dues Notices have been emailed/sent. Dues are due by January 1st. Interest accrues starting March 1st. Next Year interest will begin accruing February 1st. Dues remain $115. See Dues Form below for more information.
You can now pay online too.
This year, payments can be made 1 of 2 ways:
- Through Zelle to Treasurer@countrysidenorthridge.com There will be a $1.00 processing fee, The total need to be $116 when submitting or
- By mail or deliver your check to 3475 Northridge Dr, Clearwater FL 33761. No processing fee
Zelle is easy to use, and most banks have it. Follow these steps to Send money with Zelle®:
- Log into your bank account on your computer or through your app
- Go to Send money with Zelle® .
- Add or select recipient. Treasurer@countrysidenorthridge.com
- Enter amount and select your funding account. $116 is amount owed.
- Review and send.

New covenants are located in the “Documents” sub menu. You will also find ARC guidelines (no longer in covenants) there as well.
